 The Foundation for Economic Stability exists to support Community Action Partnership of Riverside County in generating resources and creating opportunities to end poverty and improve the quality of life for all.
 
VISION
 A sustainable technical and financial support system for Community Action Partnership of Riverside County in its efforts to end poverty in the next 30 years.
