 IDA is a matched savings incentive program for low-income residents of Riverside County. Participants must have earned income from a job or self-employment to be eligible for the program.

Lingafelter Program Development Fund that provides small grants to grassroots organizations to help them with start up costs, such as, helping them obtain their incorporation and 501c(3) status.

Community Action Partnership of Riverside County (CAP Riverside) administers the federally-funded Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), which provides utility payment assistance and weatherization services to low income customers in Riverside County.

A certified Energy Inspector will visit you for a thorough inspection to assess the needs of your home. The Inspector will then design, within the program's constraints, a customized set of conservation measures. CAP will make the needed improvements, at no cost to you.

Project L.E.A.D. trains mentors/tutors to assist middle school students. The Pre-Apprenticeship Program is a workplace-mentoring program that matches high school juniors and seniors with small businesses throughout the county.
